I’m so happy you’re here!
I launched this blog during the darkest times in my life as a vehicle to spread hope to those in the Asian community searching for resolve and encouragement. If you feel stuck in a cycle of despair, having a hard time sleeping, low energy levels, or even thoughts of self harm – you are not alone. I invite you to read about my struggles and triumphs as I learn to manage my depression, anxiety, and people pleasing. It hasn’t be easy but it’s been worth every tear and courageous step forward.
